Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

functional and inexpensive mic could be better
I bought these to replace a fancier headset that broke. While I listen to a lot I only need the microphone for two things: language lessons (e.g. Duolingo) and Skype. Perfect for our needs
Our staff is required to do Continuing Education workshops most of which are online. In a building with many distractions this headset is perfect for this. Works as advertised.
Headset works and performs admirably. Used order online and pick up from the store. It was pretty seamless. Order was ready for me when I arrived. Just had to show ID and I was out the door.

Adequate option for phones
Purchased this headset to have as a back-up device in the event my wireless headset quit working. Being on telephones all day not having a working headset isn't an option. Great Investment
So far so. It fits my large head. It's comfortable. The mic portion of the headset is far enough from Face so I don't feel annoyed by it. I'm not sure on sound cancellation yet. I begin my job soon so we'll see. However it a good purchase price to risk trying it. The company suggested options were 100+ not happening. I hope this helps.

Love it!
