Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Logitech headset
I purchased the headset for myself and loved them so much that I purchased one for everyone in the company. The quality and the clarify is awesome! They are sturdy and durable and without problems for over a year. I would highly recommend this headset for anyone that uses Skype or other computer communication.

Great noise reduction and mic
My so. Needed a decent usb headset with mic to record YouTube videos for minecraft. These have great noise reduction. They are a great low end set. He loves it.

Good Sound.
I am a Skype user and the volumn on these headphones is excellent. I encourage all of my collegues to use headsets in our meetings. Keeps ambient noise out of the conversation. Especially for those who hammer instead of type. You know who you are!

SOUNDD GOOD / COMFORT NOT
THE SOUND ON THE H390 IS VERY GOOD. BUT IT IS VERY TIGHT ON THE EARS EPECIALLY IF YOU WEAR GLASSES. NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO ADJUST

Work very well

Hiccups
Dragon Dictate rejected this microphone for its bad voice quality. Listening to the playback in Dragon it sounded as though I had the hiccups! I had to junk this headset and use something else. Great Sound for the Price
I recently purchased my H390 Headset for a recent class.I received great results for the price. Most of the headsets that I had reviewed (Dell and Staples) online had been price beyond $100. However this plug and play device proved to support its name Logitech. I must say that 100% of my other Logitech products provide great performances. I have enjoyed this product.

Easy to use
Headset worked as soon as I plugged them in. Very easy to use nothing complicated. Comfortable great volume and adjustments.

PERFECT HEADSET
I purchased this headset for work and the noise cancelling microphone is awesome!! I hear clear digital sound and the volume level works great yet does not disturb others surrounding me. it works great with my windows computer all I do is connect it to the usb port. Great Product for Price
I had been searching for headphones that would work for daily conference calls. These are lightweight and travel easy. They work great and have no static. I would recommend these for the price!

Best I have found
This is the second headset I have ordered and use. I also have two Logitech Webcams in use on two of my desktop pc's. I have found that the Logitech products are some of the best not only in value but in quality workmanship as well. Logitech has good solid products I will continue to use.

The Logitech H390 Headset was a great purchase. After reading the instructions I just plugged them into my computer put them on and adjusted the volume. They were easy to use.
