Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Good and Functional
This headset is fairly soft and comfortable on the ears. The sound quality is good for spoken voice activity. I really haven't tried it for listening to music. The attached microphone is positionable and works well in conference calls with online groups. I used the headset for interviewing job candidates and it worked well for that. This one wasn't for me however...
This one wasn't for me I was just looking for a good set of earphones for music listening. The headset was returned as changes were needed in the device manager to disable the speakers while using the headphones.

Comfortable Headset!!
the thick padding on ear pieces made it extremely comfortable even after wearing for hours! the tone and sound is very clear ...both verbal and listening to music on computer.

No problems. Works fine.
My rosetta stone headset was junk and fell apart very quickly. This headset seems durable (wires are fairly heavy-duty). Microphone is easily adjustable. Headband and ear cups are comfortable and easily adjustable.

Great headset
Have had several headset/microphone combinations in the past and this one is by far the best. It is comfortable (though would be nice if could reduce the pressure just a tad) for extended teleconferencing and web conferencing and the controls are both intuitive and easy to use. All in all I am pleased with the product and with its price point.

Good product no problems
This is great for regular use. If you are a heavy user check out other options. For normal occasional use this will do just fine.

Great Headset--works perfectly
No one ever has trouble hearing me when I speak on the microphone even when it is far from my mouth.

Good But Not Great
This product is good but not great. The headset has good sound quality and fairly good adjustments for the size of the headset. However it does not completely and properly fit over the ears. Also when wearing glasses it does not conform to the shape of the temples and thus is uncomfortable.

Windows 7 Driver issues
First off I should point out that I'm not sure if this is a Windows 7 issue or a Logitech issue. Either way someone somewhere should have fixed this because it seems like a common issue that's been around at least over a year. Great Headset
I have been searching for a headset because I started taking online classes and with calls with clients it is easier to speak to them especially when we Skype. Really comfortable and clear on both ends Great investment!

Top Quality
Speaker arm is on the left which seems a little awkward at first but actually works better overall. I'm impressed also very attractive and good price.

Headset delivers as promised
I had a previous brand and it did not cancel out background noise. This does the trick. It also can pick up every breath and sigh if the microphone is not in a chin level position

Logitech Headset
I like the Logitech Headset because it is comfortable on my ears and it is easy to use. I use it daily to Skype with my friends and for gaming purposes. The sound quality is good and it blocks outside noises from my brothers. Lol

Easy to instal and use
Plug and play. Volume control integrates with Winodws volume application and shows in application window. Mute control does not integrate with Windos control and does not show in Windows application window or Speaker tray icon.
