Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Dependable Headset
I purchased this headset primarily for use with Rosetta Stone and it has not disappointed. The microphone on/off and volume controls are accessible from the unit and it makes for easier use. The headset is easy to use for writing papers for college class's and allows you to mute. Also good for listening to music. listening to my class lectures online. The biggest advantage is hearing the phone ring and not missing calls. The cord is long enough to move from my computer to the table. Excellent sound and fit
I teach courses in online learning and chose this headset for use in conducting webinars audio conferences and online meetings. The sound quality is very good the on/off button is convenient and lights up to indicate the status. Would recommend to users who will be online for a hour or more at a time and want to have flexibility and clarity in communicating.

Works Excellent For Skype
I had purchased another headset for my skype and conference calls before this one. The previous one made me sound like I was talking inside of a tin can. Very good headset
It would be great if there was some way for this to be both USB and RCA mini-jack but I guess that it too much to expect. Otherwise a great product.

Good practical headset
Straight forward operation. Use it on a daily basis for dictating ED notes. Works well with Dragon Speak Software.

Love this Headset!
I conduct video trainings online and listen to a lot of webinars and this headset works great for both. The sound is crystal clear and the microphone comes across clear on the other end. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for!
This was an okay buy. I wish I could have tried it out before purchasing. I would have purchased the more expensive headset this one has a little too much treble in it. I would have liked the earphones to be bigger and cover my ears completely. The sound is good from the ear phones. AMAZING headset at a great price!
I purchased this headset for business purposes (I'm a work-at-home employee) -- but the sound quality is so excellent that I also use this headset to listen to music movies etc. on my computer. GREAT to be able to listen to stuff at a reasonable volume late at night etc. without disturbing sleeping family members!

Worth the (moderate) price
Bought this as a replacement for a headset whose earpieces had begun to fray. Was happy with that earlier set & am equally happy with this one. Easy to use reliable compatible with the computers here.

Great sound great price no fatigue.
Needed these for computer based remote training for 5 days. Great sound and very comfortable. Good price compared to gamer's headphones.
