Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Good basic headset
Bought as an extra headset. Sound quality not as good as USB but better than cheaper models. Ear covers are small and become uncomfortable over time.

Nice! Especially for the price.
OK this is my very first web headset but seems to work fine. Not much to compare it too though! But they could hear me great on the mic.

Good but with certain limitation
While it is fairly comfortable it can only be used on the right ear. The wire that goes from one ear to the other has come loose from its slot and had to be taped in. Have not tried it with speech recognition yet.

Have 2 - one broken
Purchased 2 of these headsets 2.5 years ago for home/business use ( we use Skype for all of our long distance calls) and had no issues with the product. Shortly after the manufacturer's 2 year warranty expired one of the headsets stopped functioning. Spoke to Logitech and it's probably a hardware issue ie USB side. Logitech Headset
I instruct online courses for a university. I use the Logitech headset to hold discussions with my students. I really like the set but my students sometimes tell me my voice is muffled. I like the range of adjustability of the mic the set is very comfortable and the sound reception and quality of sound is very good.
