Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Great sound
I use this to make business calls using Google Voice. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. No one has mentioned any negative sound quality. During sound checks my colleague said it sounded like I was sitting next to him.

Good product
Very comfortable; good sound; like the mute button. I have recommended this headset to about 5 colleagues at work since I bought mine!

I bought this product for a few reasons to write books with my Dragon Dictate Talk on my Magicjack and video chats and to conduct my weekly internet radio station. good product
I'm pleased with the quality of the headset. The sound is very clear and there's almost no noise. However the microphone is fixed on the right hand side of the headset. It'd be nice that it can be used on either side. But that's just a minor issue. Overall it's a good product for online chatting.

Excellent!
I bought these headphones specifically so that my son could record an essay he is submitting to apply for a college scholarship. The recording came out better than I could have hoped especially considering how tech-challenged we are. I am very glad I bought this product.

A Dragon Breather
I like its simpicity and easy to use mic. I have a much more expensive Jaba brand at home but this version though much cheaper is in nearly all respects better!
