Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. I needed a headset for an online training class for work so I didn't want to spend a lot but I knew I would be wearing them for about 8 hours a day for several days. ClearChat Headphones: Good sound quality
I bought the headphones to make internet phone calls. The sound is clear. I can hear everyone and they can hear me. Several people are amazed by the sound quality especially when I tell them that I am calling online. You can speak in a normal tone through the microphone. No one has asked me to repeat myself.

Great Headset
I bought this 2 years ago to replace an old headset I had. I have moved twice and sat on it multiple times and it is still going. I wear it while gaming and when listening to music while I do my homework for college. In total I wear them maybe 6+ hours every day. VERY comfortable after all that time. And as for my bottom line I actually just did recommend them.

Good headset
Got a new HP notebook with Windows 7 and my plantronics headset was not working well with that due to driver issues. Great Headset and Microphone
I am using this with Rosetta Stone it works great some times the Rosetta doesn't pick up what i am saying but I think thats the software not the microphone either way totally worth it for the price.

Inexpensive but for the price not bad.

when times are tough

not the best set on the market

Just what we needed
We needed a microphone for an online college class to be used with a laptop that did not have one built in. This style was preferred as opposed to ear buds since they will be shared.
