Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Logitech PC Headset Easy to Use
This product was purchased at the last minute when a conference call was scheduled for people around the country. It worked very well -- was easy to use and had great sound capabilities.

Great gaming headset
Have bought this headset several times for online gaming works great. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear for hours and hours online.

Great sound no hassles
I use this headset for gaming and I love the fact that when I plug it into the USB port that there's no configuration it just works. Great sound quality others tell me that I'm loud and clear to them so the microphone works great.

Headphones that work and work well!
I needed a replacement set for gaming. These were economical and surprisingly very good. I like them better than my old set because the have great sound/mic and they are much lighter and more comfortable.

Everything they promise
These headphones have worked out perfectly for me. They're comfortable enough to wear for hours they integrate automatically with my system people on the other end have told me that the mic blocks out background noise very well and the sound that comes through them to me is wonderfully clear also. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

This productn does not function properly
I tried to use product in an-online class where I was the instructor. The sound was inconsistent and frequently did not work. The mic worked spasmodically. I would like to return the product.

Worked great until it broke
The signal from the mic is strong and clear. The swing-up boom is convenient. They're reasonably comfortable. Only problem was that the mic stopped working after a couple of weeks' use. I suspect a conductor in the wire broke at the plug because the wire is very thin and insubstantial and the strain reliever is so stiff as to be useless.[...]

Not the best
There's a lot of static affecting the quality of the sound. This could be because of the USB type connection. Would prefer a headset with a audio jack.

Excellent tool
I love this for Skype calls. I never have to worry about its performance and it is very comfortable to wear.

Longest lasting to date
I've used these headphones before for listening to TV while I'm on my computer and don't disturb the children who are sleeping in the next room. Tool for better communication
A new laptop allowed me to use a webcam the picture of my friend was small but I could see her and watch her expressions. Good Enough
I brought this for a Work-At-Home Job and it work good enough so my customer can hear me and I hear them. No complains at all.
