Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

What else does one need
This headset is really amazing. What else would you ever need. I was about to buy one of the more expensive cordless ones but was turned off by having to keep charging the headset and having a transmitter on your desk and was not too crazy about having 2.4 GHz cycles buzzing around your head. This headset which was even on sale at Staples seemed to meet all the criteria...

Works great for Voice recognition
I bought this because the headset microphone that came with Dragon Naturally Speaking was useless. This headset/mic works fantastic.

Has poor performance and flexibility
As i can tell you can only use it on one side. Has very low volume so people can not hear you

Good product
I like being hands free. So for that it is useful. Nothing is wrong with the product. I personally don't like cords. I like to be mobile. But there was not a wireless that was within my price range. Nevertheless it's a good product. No complaints about quality.

Great Headset for the money
I use this for Skype sessions. I'm being interviewed by companies in China so I'm on for a long time. Very comfortable once you get them sitting correctly. Great sound and mic quality. Very good value.

Logitech Great Product
Great sound fidelity and easy use. The cord is long and sometimes gets tangled in the chair. Fantastic for longer duration uses without impacting others nearby as would happen with open speakers.

too heavy too tight
I bought this to have internet conversations on Skype. The headset pinches my head and though adjustable the adjustments don't get rid of that problem nor does it help the pressure one feels on top of your head. My husband tried it and he didn't like it either. The sound is great but comfort is extremely important in a device like this--it is going back to the store.

Hard of Hearing Person Likes This
This product has a good sound volume boost with an adjustable volume switch. People talk loud and soft so adjustable volume is a good benefit. This was a good choice for a hard of hearing student.
