Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Favorite Headset

Garbage - stopped working after 1 day.
Second day of using the headset it just completely died out of nowhere. I tried unplugging and re plugging it in restarting my computer and using it on another computer. It's completely dead. Will be returning.

Sound quality great - fit is so so.
I think the sound quality is superb; however, this thing gives me a major headache with the pressure applied to my ears... The adjustment is not suitable for people with larger heads. I'd imagine most people this would not be a problem and you can ignore this comment, but for the people that wear a 2XL
