Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Worked OK
One problem was if I plugged it in when the computer was running cyberlink power director showed the sound was there but would not play it back. I had to have it plugged in before I brought the computer up for it to work.

Performs well price is right
Purchased to use with SKYPE computer telephoning. Works great very clear sound very little background noise. Unable to adjust the head piece well enough to fit my head well enough to feel secure...wobbles and feals like it's falling off.

Good quality Volume Control Difficult
Overall ok with it but the built in volume control is a bit difficult to control. When you try to increase or decrease volume you end up muting the call instead without knowing it. Average for the price.

i think this is the best one so far
This is comfortable & does not cause any pain. The one thing i like about it is that the microphone folds out of your way.

Great product for cheap
I picked this up for about [$] and this would be one of the best headsets I have ever used. The speakers are loud and clear and the mic picks up my voice and not the music in the background!

Worth the buy don't wear it for hours
Overall the set is not bad for the price/quality. Only down side is that it becomes bothersome after wearing for about 3 to 4 hours.

Excellent headset
Great for Skype! People think I am calling locally although I am calling Europe from the US. The only disadvantage is that it is bulky when packed with my PC.

DOESN'T LAST!
I use it at home. It's good to have in a way because you don't have to hold your heavy cordless phone. There's no ampifier or volume control for the hearing impaired. I doesn't last. This is my sixth one. The volume goes out. I buy because of low budget and a need because I'm hearing impaired and have corpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. No I wouldn't recommend pro...
