Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Best & long lasting

Works with multiple devices.
I have used the H390 headset earphones and microphone on an iPadAir (5th generation) using a USB-A to USB-C adapter and on Windows 8.1 and 10 desktops and HP laptop.

Logitech headset
Good product for the money but the microphone picks up everything. Unless you want AMSR effects you might have to spring for a stand alone mic. I wouldn't use it for voiceovers.

Logitech H390 headset
Sound quality is ok (not great) although after wearing for an hour or more there was a lot of discomfort and slight pain on my left ear. This product maybe ok for sound but not for comfort.

too much background noise
these are not comfortable and there is a lot of background noise that comes in when wearing them. It sounds like an ocean very distracting and makes it difficult to hear.

Excellent versatile headset - good all round
Purchased for medical / infusion intake staff who are on and off the phone with patients all day. Excellent headset with fantastic sound quality and comfortable padded ear pads. A good all rounder!

Just not a fan
I use a headset for hours each day for me the Logitech H390 was a bit small the ear pads didn't feel like they fit well and weren't terribly soft. While the hard plastic microphone does flip up it's inflexible so feels like something that will sooner or later just snap off. Probably a decent headset if you're not using one that often? not what I thought they were
I bought this headset thinking that they were interchangeable (meaning you could have the microphone on either the right or left by turning the headphones around). The mic does not swing all the way around so I can only wear it on the left which I do not like. They also don't feel comfortable on my head/ears. I am probably going to return them.

Fair price for a great item
This is my third Logitech head set in over 15 years. I am deft and the only way I can hear and understand speech over my computer is with a head set I can adjust to the volume I need. Logitech is the perfect product for me.
