Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Not worth the extra $$
For the price it hurts my ears and it is made of cheap plastic. Looks like its made by a cheap manufacturer. Very disappointed in Logitech. People work long hours from home. Don't do this to them.

ALOT OF STATIC
Just bought these for work having many clients saying that I am breaking up and they cant hear me?? My computer is plugged directly into the ethernet cable. I have even used different usb outlets any suggestions?

i use these headphones at school and its totally not worth the expense
so i got these headphones all tied up and looking new at my school and once i plugged them in the noise comes out and it just makes it kinda loud in class in alone work for these headphones to be good it would need a better fit around the ears and also around the head i would also personally go for a different brand that's much more better but i will say the volume butt...

I have small ears but they barely cover them. It is uncomfortable to wear for an hour much less 7 for a workday. Would recommend $60ish gaming headset instead such as Microsoft or Sony.
