Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Durable and reliable
I've been using this headset to record podcasts for years and it's worked very well for that. Not only do they last a long time, but after my cats chewed almost all the way through the cords on one headset, it still worked for six months.

Lightweight but extremely uncomfortable.
Headset is lightweight but the weight is unevenly distributed on your head because of the extended mouthpiece. The band that goes over the center of your head is narrow and not flat, which makes it very uncomfortable at the top of your head. The headset sits on the rim of your ears instead of enclosing the entire ear.

Clear Sound
The headset was easy to set up and has clear sound—people can always tell what I'm saying on video calls. It does make my voice more tinny than the native computer microphone, but for the price that's fine.

Works well
I only use it for online meetings in the office. It’s inexpensive and it keeps my WebEx meetings from bothering others in the office. It works and serves its purpose.

Plastic peels
The sound quality is great! The plastic on the head bar and the ear cushions start to peel on the device had black plastic in my hair and in my ears.

Great Headsets
We have a quite a few of these headsets the company I work for. I work in IT and we haven't had any complaints. The plug-and-play works flawless on every machine I've tried (All Windows 10/11). Mac does not recognize it
The headset works fine on my desktop at work, by won't on my personal laptop. It doesn't hook up automatically nor show up in the list of devices to connect manually. How to make it work? I have to take my old non-logitech headset everywhere with me. Feeling defeated:(

Works like a charm on Linux
For some reason, Linux is not listed as a compatible system. This device works out of the box without any issues on every Linux distro I tried it on (mainly Fedora and Ubuntu).

Perfect for conference calls
