Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

The head set cuts out
It appears that the headset just plain draws too much power I suspect from a USB port on a laptop. It cuts out after about 30 seconds of use. I plug it into an externally powered USB hub and it works consistently.

Headset always muting on it's own - Windows 10
Awful headset, continually muting itself with no way to fix it no matter how many times I press the mute button. Was able to get it to work by switching to another usb port, but that is only temporary. I have now run out of USB ports and the mute button is continually flashing. Absolute waste of money.

Volume up/down, mute on/off, answer/end/reject calls, music pause/play.

Volume to 100
When using headset with Windows 10 or Windows 11, often times the volume goes to 100. The only way to reduce the volume is to unplug the headset, reset the volume, plug it back in. Even then, sometimes the volume goes to 100 again.

So far it has been good.
As stated above it has been good so far but Iit has not been very long. the ear pieces are comfortable over my ears which is an area I have had problems with other headphones.
