This is a favorite here in our office for many. The only problem - our first order was cancelled because of a problem with our Suite #. I did not want the order cancelled. I sent an email and also reordered because we were out of coffee. I got a nice reply and they had also reordered...so I ended up with 6 bags! Not what I exactly wanted because of freshness.

bags of coffee didn't have sticker with code that you can enter on starbucks.com to get rewards stars/ credit (like the ones you buy in the supermarket do). sorta disappointing but still... coffee itself is fine!
