A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

The toner is a direct replacement to our 8 year old printer. However the cost of this toner is ridiculous. 79.99 for toner when the printer was around $100 new. Convenience
I was glad to find that Staples still carries my toner cartridges. I was surprised to find them bundled as two per purchase. Because I need them and will use them in the future I bought a pack but found it a bit overwhelming that I had no other choice.

I find the product works very well. I love the HP printer it is compatible with. I do not understand why the price of toner has increased so much in a very short period of time. I can only buy it when I have coupons and I have to buy the double pack for the coupon to apply.
