A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Doesn't seem to last as long
Product used in an insurance office. Seems like it used to last longer than it does now. We only get one month out of a cartridge.

Of course the ink cartridge works fine but you have to replace them alot. I find that in all HP printers so it isn't really a surprise.
