A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

prints very few pages
I recently bought an HP laserjet P1006, which uses 35A cartridges. After a few uses, the pages were light and then unreadable. On research, I found the 35A prints only 1500 pages--the 12A (for my previous printer, an HP 1020) prints 2000. This is quite a large reduction in pages. Never got a chance to use it.
I never got to use it. I returned it with the HP laser printer. There were no instructions on how to install the toner. None with the printer or the toner. The HP laser was no good. HP continues to rip off the customer
Hewlett Packard should be called on the carpet for this one! The 1500 sheets per cartridge is too short a life.
