A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Not a printer for life
The printer is great but for some reason the print outs are very soft not dark enough as a laser should be

Does not fit HP1005 laserjet printer
The box states this cartridge fits a 1005 printer. This is NOT the HP1005! Poor labelling on HP's side

I tried imitation brands but come up at least 500 pages short. So back to HP and you have had one in stock each request. I had one or 2 shipped and they arrive the next day! Never missed a copy!
