A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Clinton Township recently purchased an HP 35A Black Toner Cartridge from Staples and I would recommend this product to anyone that has an HP LaserJet P1005 printer. The cartridge is very easy to install making it a plus for me. Also, instructions and a label is available to provide an easy way to recycle.

Toner Replacement
I ordered a new Toner replacement by Staples online.The agent took the information I gave him from the toner box andit was on my way to my house delivered the next day.I can not believe how fast the order was sent out and the deliveryman dropped it to my place with a big smile on his face at the door.That's what I call service with a smile!
