A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Eco friendly

excellent toner cartridge
I have an HP laser printer for several years. It's a workhorse. A couple of years ago, I decided I wanted to know how long this cartridge would last. I placed the last one in on July 10, 2016. It's a fine cartridge and came quickly. What I'm afraid you need to check on is the service provided by your shipper UPS ground. We have a long driveway and the cartridge and a carton of paper were left at the end of the driveway! It was supposed to pour that day! Enough said. Please get in touch with UPS.
