My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Oldie but a Goodie

Quick install saves the day!
Arrived sooner than expected. Took out old cartridge & replaced with new cartridge in less than 2 minutes. Only downside was return of old cartridge was pre-paid only in USA.

I have no problem with using the cartridge.
Unfortunately I can no longer use the HP Printer Cartridge as my HP printer died on 3/26/2022 only 8 days after I installed the new cartridge! Is my only alternative to bring it back to Staples store where I bought it and have them recycle a 99% full cartridge?
