A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

OEM Product. Works perfect right out of the box. The dual pack saves us money and purchases but I also use Quill's recycling program and get additional Quill $$ for future purchases.
