A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

some may think its pricey
some may think its expensive or pricey but what it offers our business is sharpness beautiful colors and much more. One of my favorite things is the quality of how sharp the ink or toner is on the paper its very clear never smears!!

excelent
I have been using the 35A cartridge from STAPLES for five years and I love the quality! The cartridge is easy to install and very clean to use. I never have the residue that I get with other cartridges. I am very impressed with program you have for disposing (or recycling) the old cartridges. It seems such a waste and so harmful to the environment to just toss them out...

HP 35A Black Toner Cartridge Twin Pack
with all the supplier of toner we have the option of using, I find Staples always has the best deal. I have found trying no-name products in printers, or refilling cartridges or buying recycled filled cartridges only ruin the printers. Always use Staples to replace your printer cartridges with genuine HP products, they always work.

How much can you say about a toner cartridge? I put it in and print for a couple of months then take it out and put the other one in.

Solid choice for a 35a cartridge.
I don't print as often as I have in 2012-2013 however I still go thru 6-8 cartridges a year. The HP brand is all I use! I tried to have the cartridges refilled! that was a nightmare .
