A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

I buy this product because it is good.
I buy this product on a regular basis for printing everyday documents. I am a frequent user. Though this product seems a little bit pricey quality of this product is very good. This cartridge is easy to install; its replacement is clean. One can use this product for personal and business purposes. This cartridge can be used to print out professional documents graphics...

Easy To Install
I had lost the manual for the HP Printer that I have and there were no printed instructions with the replacement cartridge. However it was very easy to figure out how to remove the old cartridge and put in the new one. There were some installation diagrams on the cartridge but they were hard to understand so would suggest that written instuctions be included.

The only one I wil ever use
I tried an off brand toner and had to replace my old printer lesson learned HP toner is the only one I have ever used and never had a problem.

Lasts forever easy to install recycles
I prefer toner to inkjet. It lasts longer and is easy to replace. I like the fact that staples recycles the old cartridges. Unfortunately our store will end their business on Jan. 5. I will have to shope elseware.
