A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

It has never failed me
I have found that using HP original toner cartridges has given me very good results. I have heard so many negative things about imitations and refills that I have decided to stay with the original HP equipment. I use a black printer and am thinking that I may get an HP laser color printer in the future based on the good performance of the black one I am using. I would l...
