A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Works great but is very very expensive
Next time I'm going to try a recycled cartridge that fits my printer. I've seen them for about half price so it's worth trying.

Works great, but is very, very expensive
Next time I'm going to try a recycled cartridge that fits my printer. I've seen them for about half price, so it's worth trying.

Less Ink and shorter lifespan each year!
It has been disappointing to see how the ink runs out much sooner than it did a few years ago. The quality is good but even when there's enough ink left for a few hundred more coies the new cartidges don't let you shake them and re-install so you have to buy a new one sooner. HP could do a lot better!

too little ink... too high price
found it was cheaper to throw printer away than keep paying for ridiculus priced cartridges that i could burn thru in a week... i am a one man office.
