A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

EXPENSIVE!!!!
VERY pricey as is all HP inks and toners but it fits in printer not like some other brands that claim to be identical and also doesn't ruin the printer like the other cartriges HP has it all covered!

EXPENSIVE!!!!

I have never had a problem with the printer cartridges performance if it runs low on ink shake it up.

Not what it used to be
I switched to original as initially the copy yield warranted the added cost but that has since changed unfortunately. the constant coupons are nice but are more a misleading incentive for a marginal cartridge. I may go back to the aftermarket cartridges.
