A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

the tones are light gray not black

Twin packs especially good value
I find the cartridges can be stretched long after first warning of low toner and the number of pages greater than promised.

I am a college student and it works great! I love being able to print my stuff quick and easy without having to worry about the ink drying up.

I would buy thi s product again.
Used in home office. Qualtity of print is good. Would like to have greater print capacity per cartridge to reduce cost of printing currently about $.22 per page.

I like the cartridge and HP is always good.... still disapointed that when I order a 2 pack, I didn't qualify for the $20 visa card after buying two and spending $120+ for the product. Wasn't clear on the description.

at 74.14 out the door it is a pretty hefty price for ink.
