A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Never had a problem with HP cartridges

Good for personal use only, not volumn
Although the product works well, with heavy volumns of printing, the cartridge is both expensive and and needs frequent replacement. I would strongly recommend this product for personal, low volumn personal use but not for an office with high volumn use.
