A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Good when it works...
I've never had any serious problems with the toner cartridge except that it seems to run out of toner at just under 800 pages (based mostly on printing text documents with minimal graphics). But overall a fairly decent cartridge.

Pricey but last a long time
toner is unhealthy but this is a clean way to handle it. just don't breathe near the printer when in use

Why does it have to cost so much?
i use mostly for school and printing out maps. I hate to have my first thought have to be about how much this page is costing me to print. Wish there were a dependable, generic alternative.

Good when it works...

Easy cartridge worked well
Cartridge worked very well; only minor negative is that when used up it's used up. I.e. no shaking it for one last 2 page print job. Very clean printing in black/white very clean to remove and reinstall new one.

Outdoes recycled cartridges
Much darker ink than previous recycled cartridges I've used.

Best Toner Ever
Best toner I ever used . Really brings out the definition in my arms delts and quads. I'm the envy of everyone at the gym. Product is a bit hard to wash off but I find that a liberal dose of kerosine is very helpful in removing it. Just have to remember to protect your eyes and stay away from any FLAMES

I love this product...just a bit pricey!
I appreciate the helpfulness of the employees at Staples in not only aiding me to purchase the cartridge but ALSO in actually installing it for me...it was my first time!! You guys are great :)

This One Was a Dud
I purchased the cartridge over last weekend but did not use it until Sunday. I printed documents that amounted to about 50 sheets. I then sent a job the printer and left the room (15 copies duplex of a 10 page document). I came back to find that the ink had run out before the job was complete. I couldn't believe it!

great brand great toner

A GOOD CHOICE DON'T USE OFF BRANDS
THIS PRINTER GETS A LOT OF USE EVERYDAY AND WE NEED TO USE THE BEST POSSIBLE TONER THEREFORE HP IS OUR CHOICE
