A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Great Product
I work for he school board and it is more convenient to have a printer at my desk when employees call but the school board can't afford the printer or toner so I have to buy my own. I am happy with the product but wish it didn't cost so much or I could get a discount on it.

Great Product

Je l'utilise régulièrement. Cependant je trouve que la quantité de feuille imprimée est nettement insuffisante pour le prix.Je ne recommanderais pas l'achat de cette imprimante à quelqu'un qui produit un grand nombre de document.

Performance est en dessous...
C'est un bon produit mais la quantité de pages imprimées est nettement en dessous des attentes et de la publicité

Expensive purchase at store!
I was very disappointed that the cartridge was so much more expensive than the on-line price. I could have had it delivered [...] and saved the gas plus the $7.00! Next time I will check the on-line price first. So much for shopping at the store.
