A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Good Toner though expensive
This is fine but one cartridge cost nearly as much as the printer did.

Get the 2 pack
If you are going to use this printer a lot make sure you buy the 2 pack to get the best pricing value.

Good Quality - Shorter Life than HP 96A
I use the document for mainly for printing legal documents. The print quality is good. I like the fact it gives a reminder when the ink is running low. It seems I have to change cartridges more than I did with my HP 96A cartridges for my HP 2100 printer. However that might be comparing apples and oranges.
