A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

fast clean printinghouse inspector for mortgage co, do 600/800inspection monthly.

Twin pack better buy
since I do so many copies the twin pack is a better deal

Short cartridge life
Toner was good price but not as per print out numbers. I could able to printe (mostly text) only around 900 pages.

HP is always reliable
I run a small medical transcription service and have always had great results with my HP printers and the toner cartridges that go in them. The print quality is reliably great up to the end of the cartridge. Good job HP!

HP is always reliable

A good buy on overpriced cartridges
The only real complaint about this product is that it yields far too few printed pages for the price. The two pack bought from Staples at least reduces the cost per cartridge somewhat.

Cartridges made a mess!
The magenta and cyan cartridges leaked out on the paper and made a huge mess.
