A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

excellant
love Staples they are a really nice office supplyer and service could improve a little but i think it is because business isnt constant at my location so they get distracted ..nice and courtious when you are served though ..

The cartridge performs well.
I am an e bay store and we use it to print out sales and send out invoices. It gets a lot of use. We do a lot of business.

I use this for ALL my printing from computer from copying e-mails to making prints of information on topics that are of interest to me.

I use it for my transcription business - I've extended the life of the cartridge by printing in a fast/normal format or draft format.
