A Great Product
My husband bought some brand x toner and it is terrible. I immediately ordered the real HP toner and it is wonderful, as usual! Thank you for a great product.

Need to exchange this new cartridge
The new cartridge prints light. Not much better than the one I replaced. How do I exchange it for one that prints accurately.

Routine Cartridge Replacement
Am trying to save money by using laser printer vs ink-jet because ink-jet catridge life is quite short so even though I can't use two sides of the paper paper is cheaper than ink!

It's a disaster -- no capacity at all
I'd never buy another printer like this not from HP or anyone else with such a small and insignificant cartridge.
