Good Unit and Awesome Experience at Staples
Must be my 8th or 9th cartridge for this printer. Life is good, quality good, value above average. Staples clerk went out of her way to get me the online price rather than pay retail. Will definitely consider Staples for more stuff as a result.

Poor installation of very simple products.
Inaccurately giving instructions on installation, abstract assembly instructions and bad UI design, there are a lot better printer brands that actually can properly activate upon installation but your company does not seem to be amoung them. I would suggest fixing your design before comercial sale.

Brother TN-360 TONER
I wad glad that it was an OEM product and the price. That said, the TONER has a ton of smudges while printing, so it wasn't so great this time. Maybe next time it will be better. It is used for professional working purposes, so it was quite stressful and disturbing to deal with it. Do better during QC checks before selling products!
