Staples Furniture Assembly

The people were scheduled between 0800 and 100 PM. Two men were here at around 0800. Within a half hour the desk construction was done. These guys were super good and I would use this service again without reservation. Good job men. Very impressed.

Staples needs to set up the right system!

They're hard to coordinate with Staples. One place doesn't know what the other place is doing and the customer is caught in the middle! Staples needs to get the right system going with Spaar assembly!!

Horrible Experience

I called 4 times and left messages and was never called back to schedule. I finally got someone and they said I'd get a call. 2 days later I called and they said there was no one in my area to put the item together! I had to find someone on my own. Still waiting for a refund! Terrible terrible service!

Assembly service was a little pricey....BUT worth it!

I purchased the L shaped desk from Staples and decided to purchase the assembly because I knew that I did not want to be bothered with putting the desk together myself. I thought the price was a bit too high but went with it anyway. Horrible Customer Service- From the Assembly Company

The Technician called 22 minuets after our appointment. Sounded like he just woke up. He then explained that he wouldn't be available until Friday or Monday. I explained that wasn't going to work because my office was torn apart to make room for the installation . I then called the number that I made the arrangements with and told them what had happen.
