This is my favorite since I need my ID on me at all times for work. I keep a key also on it, so it’s easy to just pull the reel to open the door and not have to put keys back into my pocket.

Heavy duty security badge holder
got this for my wife's work badge. it's a metal clip body with a thick cord to the plastic card loop. it's a little heavy compared to the cheap plastic ones but hopefully it will last a lot longer too. Also my wife's boss went to get one of these after seeing it

Well-made and repairable
The cord on all of the retractable ID badge holders eventually breaks, but with this design, you can repair the cord and keep the unit functioning for a much longer time. Well worth the extra money, considering the life expectancy of this product compared to others.

I hate the plastic/cheap looking things you get with your ID badge and I REALLY don't like Lanyards (they seem like a choking accident waiting to happen if you ask me!). I D badge is greasy!
I bought this item for work. It's on the second one Ive had. The reason that I had to buy a new one was because my 2 1/2 year-old was playing with it and broke it. I'm hoping I can keep this away from my twin girls so it doesn't happen again. It's definitely a helpful at the job site so I have access to my gate key and ID at all times. It's a great product.

I am using the ID Badge Holder as a key ring for my office keys.
The plastic ring easily fit my key ring.
I attach it to my belt loop and put the keys in my pocket. I have my keys available whenever I need them.
The light weight holder is also very nice.

Works great!
Bought this for my job and it works great! The clip is strong and so far the cable still retracts. I work at a job where I have an ID card that requires me to buzz in and out of certain secure rooms and it also serves as my name badge. I don't retract it so much in a work day so it's holding up. Regardless it's been a good product so far!
