HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Unfortunately, when I printed the first pages with this cartridge installed, I got a mass of blue all over the paper. The cartridge was apparently defective and I returned it. My local Staples store accepted the return and refunded my payment.

HP 304a toner cartridge.
The HP original toner cartridges (HP 304a in this case) are good quality toner, but these are all way, way overpriced for what it is and what you get, and considering you need to maintain (4) of these over prices cartridges in each printer.

HP304A Ink Cartridge
I appreciate the fact the cartridges are available through Staples. I was in need of all four.
I found them individually offered and were quite "PRICY" I did not expect to leave with the expenditure of over $600 for merely 4 ink cartridges. I was disappointed there was not a package deal for purchasing the entire set for a better price.
