Excellant service.
I had gone to my local Staples around 7pm last Monday. While there I discovered that they had none of this cartridge in stock. I was in the muddlie of my project too. wasted money
im sure the ink is fine, but after the printer went through all of the head cleaning i was out of ink (magenta) again before i can even print a page and the printer wont print grayscale if one of the colored inks are out. but i found a solution... buy a new printer and when the sample ink runs out toss the printer and buy a new one... seems to be cheaper this way

Good Quality
The Epson Ink Cartridges in general are always OK and so was the T99 Light Magenta Standard Yield Ink Cartridge, though I wished I could buy a T98, which wasnāt available at the store.

Inkjet cartridge purchase
I went online to purchase an inkjet cartridge but the app never gave any indication a purchase was attempted. I called Staples.com and a very helpful representative quickly took my order. Wish the order went through online in the first place.

No Good!!!
My printer was working fine until I put the new cartridge in it. After I put it in and tried to print, the prints were unusable. Each one had a strong reddish brown cast where there was supposed to be grey. I went through all of the nozzle cleaning steps, etc. but that made no difference. In all of my years of printing ( I'm a wildlife photographer} I've never had this...

Light magenta and light cyan both work well, but i do not understand why my printer uses those colors Twice as fast as the others. my text certainly do not need those colors and the photos don't seem to have twice as much light cyan or light magenta as the other colors.
