efficient employee
I went to Staples to order copier in jets. The employee who assisted me was efficient and I was in and out in a very short time. She answered my questions and was very professional. I do recommend Staples for all your office needs.

You asked me what I thought of this cartridge?
I mean...its just a cyan cartridge after all. I hear its nice--it calls the folks on a regular basis gives to a few charities cries during sad movies and is considered a good neighbor but all in all nothing special. Not to say "special" like it tries so hard and is well meaning but just can't quite make it in society without a little help. I'm going to stop now.

too much for so little
Great product but we are getting rid of our printer because each toner cartridge is over $300! Can't do that anymore.
