Epson 96 Inks
Never had any problems with these inks, like blotching or running but to be true I've never run any others inks in my epson printers The colors are always true and seem to dry quickly.

I use lots of this ink for printing my artwork. The colors are brilliant and I get about 100 8" x 10" prints per set of inks. I use this ink for all printing, even on glossy paper, which comes out matte and creates a nice contrast with the other colors around it. Gives more depth to the art prints. Waterproof Ink!
Epson's inks for the 2800 are waterproof. None of the inks Cannon makes for their printers are waterproof, small format or large format - you can call Cannon and ask. For our project proofs we are always happy with the Epson inks for our Epson R2880.
