A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Great quality ink.
Plastic wrapping and safety orange cap are difficult to take off for arthritis sufferers and not very eco-friendly.

Having some troubles
generally good production however;I had 2 sucesive units that would not print. I contacted HP and got a severe run around ending with no help at all. All the techs wanted to deal with was printers and could not direct me elsewhere to get assistance. At [$]" per unit, this was a [$] investment that had absolutely no return.I am considering going to a generic source.

920 XL goes a long way!
I love shopping at staples I get a lot reward bucks for returning my cartridges there and including the rewards from all other purchases at Staples. Most months I walk in with $24.00 credit. All my shopping is done there to get more reward dollars.
