A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

IT HAS BEEN SEVEN YEARS I ALWAYS BUY HP BRANDS. THE HP OFFICEJET 600 IS VERY HANDY.

Don't have a history yet with the 920XL
This is a silly exercise. Once you purchase a printer you have to use the designated ink cartridges that it requires. If the ink usage was that bad I would replace the printer. A new printer would cost me about the same as three sets of ink packets (color and b&w). I happen to like the printer and its features.

The price was right to replace for infrequent use and not special documents. We just needed the black. Hope it lasts as long as it is supposed to.

Great Service, Great Price
I've started ordering my toner directly from HP because shipping is free and the order usually arrives the next day. Can't ask for more. I just wish I didn't have to replace the cartridges so often.
