A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Ink goes fast
Compared to my previous HP printer, all the ink cartridges for this model deplete very quickly.

Excellent product.
My printer is in use all day at work. I have had no problems with the black cartrides. They are easy to install and do an excellent job in printing documents and pictures. I also bought a printer with the same cartridges for use at home.

High Yield is the Way to Go

If you print a lot, buy the High Yield.
If you have the HP Officejet 6500, then it is better to go ahead and purchase the High Yield cartridge because this printer seems to use much more ink than the older or simpler HP models. I print documents everyday and have used HP printers for years, so when I purchased the Officejet 6500 I learned quickly to buy the High Yield because I was going through so much ink. ...
