A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

HP printer quit working after installing cartidge
I do not know what happened but when I installed the black cartridge the printer stopped printing in black. The color ink cartridges worked. Now I can't print at all.+

I buy this product regularly
While ink does not give the printing capacity of toner, it does provide excellent copy and can be used in smaller printers with mobility. My HP 920XL does provide considerable capacity for printed copies plus the advantages of small printer size, etc., and is an excellent choice.

Good buy for the money
I've been using these high yield printer cartridges in my HP 6500 printer for over 4 years. I print a lot of pages, but only print in black. Consequently, every time I print I need to change the printer settings to "grayscale - use blank ink only." I cannot change the default. The orange "thing" was so hard to open that when I did get it open, the ink spilled all over me, the desk and the rug. I had another one. Found a man to ease it open. It works fine. But the orange opener is a disaster!

I buy this product over and over.
There is a great need for reduced cost of ink and I feel it is my business what ink I use and generic should be available.

Does a nice job.
The pictures I print aren't up to the quality from my last printer. Good for every day things I print. Colors not as sharp. Would recommend for documents or every day printing, not pictures.

we like these cartridges. they are easy to replace. I wish they would sell a color set by itself without the black. We would continue to buy both combinations, though.
