A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

I prefer this larger cartridge
It takes longer to dry because the printer allows drying time but by the time I am ready to use it, the ink is dry. This is more for personal use than professional use at this time.

I would buy this product again
I like this ink cartridge. I used to use another brand, but the ink doesn't last as long as this one does for the price you pay. The quality of the ink is much better than the other brand I purchased, also.

Exploding Cartridges
I believe these cartridges used to be OK. However, the last two black cartridges we purchased from Staples exploded when I opened them to replace the expended cartridge. The first time made a mess out of my hands, dripped on my desk and on the floor. Pretty permanent. Leaking cartridges
I'm an HP employee and I noticed a couple of reviews recently about leaks on the Black 920XL. One thing to note is that failure to open the cartridges correctly can result in a leak when the orange shipcap is twisted. The tape marked Pull should be removed together with the shrinkwrap. I would recommend this product. It last a long time & as for this Staples store they are frendly. They know the produces they carry. they loso go out of their way to help you not lonly to find it in the store but also with one is the best bye for the money.

This product we works for me!
I perfer purchasing this size cartridge as opposed to
the regular size because it doez last longer and you will have the
opportunity to complete your project without having to stop in the
'middle of what you're doing to go buy more ink.

Only ink I've ever used
I've only used HP ink so I don't have any other ink experiences to compare. I feel like I change the
cartridges quiet often, but I have 6 people using the printer for
homework and work purposes.
