I like the HP ink but not the price. The ticket said 1 price and it rang up more. I never looked at my receipt because I thought I new the price!!! Beware! Check your receipts. I would recommend the ink. HP ink is always a good product

These units failed….and one leaked all over my desk. I ended up purchasing some non-XL units and they have performed fine. I will be returning them within the next 2 weeks

Somehow I got a "dud" cartridge -- it lasted one day (about 15 sheets of paper printed) before it ran out of printing ink and died on me. I've used the cartridges many times before without experiencing anything like this so I know it's just a fluke but it was not good.

HP 920xl yellow ink cartridge
This is the recommended cartridge for my printer; it works well with the other colors has high quality color and lasts a long time.

Poor quality
I rarely use my printer. I already got a message saying the ink level was low. This was supposed to be XL double fill. The last one worried for a year and a half. I think it must have been a refurbished cartridge that you forgot to fill. My last one lasted 18 months.

Product Review
Service is always great at this Staples. The product however was a bit disappointing. I have used this ink for years and never had a problem. opening the packages and installing the cartridges. This time when I opened the individual ink cartridges they all bubbled up and ran ink (red blue and yellow) all over everything. I lost about a 1/4 of the ink in each one...

Hewlett Packard Three Pack Perfect
I have been getting the Hewlett Packard pack of three colors for a long time. For my printing needs perfect. I like the fact I don't have to buy all three separate color cartridges.

Very poor quality
The ink from this cartridge was either very poor quality or was past the expiration date. It worked a few times then stopped. Have to return cartridge.

Oops wrong series
I did not use the 920 series for the ink cartridge returned it to get 933XL which I use for my printer.
