Should not be listed with a search for 902 cartridges
I ordered these cartridges in error while I was looking for 902’s. I didn’t notice the mistake and installed them only to get the message that something was wrong. Unfortunately for me I installed all three and now they are not returnable. This is what I get for ordering from Staples online.

Best Ink Cartridges - HP!
HP 920XL are the best ink cartridges in the world for my HP All-in-One Printer! I will never use a another brand because HP ink and HP printers go hand-in-hand to provide optimal performance.

Like the product not the cost
No issues with using the 920 as recommended by our printer wish the prices were lower.

Their experts stated the HP920 would work in place of a HP 910 cartridge that is wrong

Horrible Cartridges Don't Work
Cheap Chinese made cartridges that have done nothing but give me a headache. No amount of removing and unplugging and jumping up and down on one leg will make the printer recognize these brand new cartridges. Will be returning and then researching options for a new printer. This is so typical of HP.

Too damn expensive. Nothing we can do about charge for something that probably cost a few cents. You got us by the cajones I guess.
